Kimmy and Lulu are stepsisters with a lot of money and a love for partying. They attempt to shoplift from the store to get party supplies, but before they can, they are stopped by loss prevention officer Nathan. They explain they just wanted to put on a good party, but now, Kimmy and Lulu must do whatever they can to get out of trouble.
