I had been going to the gym for about a month then and still wasn’t in very good shape. I would get on the treadmill and walk at three miles an hour, which is fast enough to keep you from going but doesn’t really get your heart rate up. I did, however, find a little trick to do so and never looked back. Now I’m living my best life!
